Initial Meeting Phase

On-site or in our office meeting to discuss ideas

Establish design brief

Research property to collect information, i.e. Local Territorial rules and maps, site measures
Preliminary Design/ Developed Design Phase

First Prelimary Concepts, i.e. Floor plans, elevations, 3D views

Time for changes, i.e. likes, dislikes, ideas

Develop more in-depth concept with 3D modelling

Final Design Concept. May obtain rough order of cost from a Quantity Surveyor if early requirement is needed
Documentation/ Procurement Phase

Proceed onto detailed working/technical drawings and preparing supporting documentation for building consent

Final documentation competed ready for building consent

At this stage documentation can be sent to contractors for pricing and building consent can be applied for
